Manises tile decorated with the symbol of wool workers, symbol given by Jean I to the guild in 1395. The instrument painted on the tile is a tool with hooks used by woolworkers. Tile probably came from a Floor of a house in Valencia, Quart Street 26. This and another house in Valencia belonged to the Wool workers guild. Condition is good with some wear to glaze and chips around all four sides. Probably set between hexagonal tiles. The floor was dismantled and sold by an antique dealer.
